Verzorgde nagels die goed in de lak zitten zijn mooi meegenomen… maar deze kunstwerkjes op je nagels zijn pas écht mooi. Marlein en Annelie van Alphen (@creatinails) zijn twee Nederlandse zusjes die nagels omtoveren tot iets heel bijzonders.

Today I woke up with the strong urge to turn my nails into a Christmas tree. The idea was so awesome in my head, but turned out a little less awesome than that. But hey, A for effort? 😀 It’s 3D, and that’ll show up better in the macro shot I’ll post in an hour or so. The tiny lamps (that’s what they’re supposed to look like) must be the tiniest glitter placement I’ve ever done, lol. Love, Annelief. #christmasnails #christmastree

Hiiii I’m here! Not really back, as I’m way too busy with a full time job, plus my own nail salon. But I will post here occasionally. I did some Christmas design nails with gold, red and silver glitter incapsulated in clear acrylic. And then I used sculpting gel and red gel polish to make the ornaments. The white strings are hand painted with acrylic paint. This was the last free time I had until Christmas, so these will stay on until after Christmas. Merry Christmas everyone! ☺ Love, Marlein ❤ ?

Yay snowy winter Christmas nails! Yesterday was one of those days when everything just seems to work out the way you want it to. I love those days! I first did a gradient from light blue to dark blue, then put topcoat over that. Then I used the one stroke method to make the snowy grounds and black and white acrylic paint for the trees and snow. I am totally in love with these nails! I hope you like them too ☺ Love, Marlein ❤

Here I am again! I felt like doing galaxy nails again, so here they are! I used a dark blue for the base, and white mixed with holo topcoat for the cloudinesses. Then I did the same with pink and blue. The stars are painted with acrylic paint. I hope you like them too! Love, Marlein ❤

Princess Jasmine! Aladdin has always been one of my favorite Disney movies. I think this movie (and Jungle Book and also the Lion King of course) is where my huge love for all animals of the feline species started. I also am a foster mommy for the smallest felines: kittens! 😀 (I also have a IG where I post pictures of my foster kittens and my own cats: my old nail-account @thehungercat) I hope you like it!
